THERE was a massive turnout yesterday at the Horan’s Healthstore’s Health and Wellness Fest at the Manor West Hotel.
And the event continues today. Nutritionist Kevin Beasley will be with members of the Kerry team for a panel session at 3.30pm in the board room.
World renowned nutritionist Patrick Holford is giving a talk at noon and 3pm, renowned nutritionist & author Dr. Marilyn Glenville is speaking at 1.30pm and 4pm, John Baldwin will talk about CBD Oil at 5pm. His talk is titled: What is CBD oil? Everything you need to know about this latest health trend.

Horan’s Healthstores will have Ruben Tabares, he is one of the most in-demand strength and conditioning coaches in the world with clients such as Sean (P. Diddy) Combs, John Terry, David Haye, Naomi Watts & Amir Khan to name a few. He will give a talk at 3.30pm.
There’s also 50 stands which will include sampling of health foods & healthy beverages. There will be qualified nutritionists and specialists available to answer any questions you may have on both days.
Tickets cost €10, which are available at the door. Spot prizes in the region of €2000 to be won over the weekend.
