IT was a very special night for the 6th Class of St Brendan’s NS in Blennerville who celebrated their graduation on Tuesday.
During the ceremony the children who will now move onto secondary school performed music and poems that encapsulated their years at the Blennerville school.
“Thanks to everyone who played their part in making the night such a momentous occasion,” said St Brendan’s School Principal Terry O’Sullivan.
“A special mention to Mary O’Sullivan our music teacher who prepared the children so diligently for the ceremony. To Denise for all her help with the displays and collecting the many photos for the presentation at the end of the ceremony.”
“To the Parents Association for providing refreshments after the ceremony. To Tony McAdams for setting up the hall. To all the teachers who have played their part in guiding and supporting the children in their 8 year journey through Blennerville National School.”
“We want to wish each and every one of the boys and girls success and happiness next year and beyond,” he concluded. Scroll down for photos…
