THE Kingdom Greyhound Stadium was the venue on Saturday night for a special event for St Brendan’s NS in Blennerville.
Their night at the dogs in aid of fundraising for much needed funds to provide sports equipment and library facilities for the school was a huge success with the community turning out in force for a great night’s entertainment.
There was twelve races on the card and fantastic prizes for Best Dressed Lady/Gent/Little Miss and Master and a raffle on the night.
Karen Soffe took the Best Dressed Lady with Tony McAdams taking the gents prize. Isaac Price won the little master’s prize while Polly Jones was the Best Dressed little Miss.
The young one’s were well catered for with face painting and a bouncy castle while the adults enjoyed the racing and a chance to win some fantastic spot prizes given generously by businesses around the town. Scroll down for photos from the night…
