WHILE there’s another weekend to go before Christmas, the past two nights saw the last big weekend of Christmas parties take place around town and there was a fantastic atmosphere around.
One of the biggest parties was in the Meadowlands Hotel, where around 90 Lee Strand employees enjoyed a Casino Night. It was also an occasion for the co-operative to thank two men, Gary Savage and Brendan O’Regan, for their years of service as they are retiring.
Just up the hall in the same hotel, Radio Kerry were holding their Christmas party with a deserved night out for employees who entertain and inform the county all year round.

Kirby’s Brogue Inn was incredibly busy with Shaws, Heiton Buckley, O’Connells Pharmacy, the Bon Secours and UHK staff among the groups enjoying delicious food in a great atmosphere.
Benners Hotel was also buzzing with parties including the folks from Fitzgibbon Interiors and while the ‘business parties’ will come to an end next weekend, the real party season is just about to begin! Scroll down for photos…
