THE pupils of CBS Primary have become ‘Super Troopers’ with a new programme promoting daily activity
The Laya Healthcare “Super Troopers” programme comprises daily activities which take 10-15 minutes to complete, and can be done as a family, a small group or as a class.
Each child in the school has received an Activity Journal which they will use to record their nightly “health homework”, which will involve exercises and fun activities. Each Family will have a wall chart so that the whole family can get involved.

The programme has been designed by Laya Healthcare with a team of experts in psychology, nutrition, wellbeing and physical activity. It is hoped that the programme will help children and their families to become more active, while also encouraging the benefits of heathy lifestyle in a fun way.
The staff and students of CBS Primary are all on board with the programme, and the children are excited about sharing their exercises and activities with their families.
