THE folks at CH really do spoil the people of Tralee.
For the past number of years they have been putting on a Christmas parade and it seems to be getting bigger and better every year.
Literally thousands of people were in town for the event and hundreds of balloons were handed out to children before 2pm on Saturday as families enjoyed the crisp but dry weather.
DJ Big Jim played festive tunes while they waited, but that wasn’t for long as Anne and Peter Harty from CH led a host of floats down the Mall.

Santa and Mrs Claus were there as well as cartoon character favourites, Aladdin and friends from the Oliver Hurley School of Musical Theatre’s forthcoming Christmas panto at Siamsa, giant Polar Bears, moving Christmas trees and more.
They all made their way to the Square to pose for photos with families before Santa and Mrs Claus headed to CH for the official opening of Santaland where Santa will take up residence until Christmas Eve.
Well done and thank you to CH for once again putting on such a wonderful show for the people of Tralee. Scroll down for photos from the day…
