THE highlight of the Tír na nÓg festival, as always, was the Fancy Dress fun run in the Town Park on Saturday.
It was one of three events organised by Tralee Chamber Alliance during the children’s festival. A much loved event by all the family, the kids enjoyed the warm up with Maura, face painting, music and fun with the Disney characters from Kingdom Party Pals.
The children really enjoyed it and came as superheroes, princesses and much more. They received an Easter egg, a medal and certificate for completing the Fun Run – not bad for the €5 registration fee. The event was sponsored by Garvey’s Supervalu. Scroll down for photos…
