AS part of Local Enterprise Week, the HR Suite held an Employment Law and HR Forum for employers in Ballygarry House Hotel from 9am to 11am, on Tuesday, March 7.

In association with Kerry LEO, the event covered areas like practical Guidance, increased awareness of legal obligations, steps on how to proactively protect your business, and how to manage your business resources proactively.

Caroline McEnery of the HR suite commented; “I suppose it’s quite a complex area now, and we try to simplify it so that employers in the room would be clear on what is new in the area of employment law and HR, and also just to be clear on their obligations and how they can maximise their best asset, which is their people.”

She continued; “We got a really great crowd here today. We’re delighted that it was maxed out. It was really positive.”
