SATURDAY morning saw beautifully dressed boys and girls from Presentation Primary arrive at St John’s Church (with their similarly sartorially-elegant families) for their First Holy Communion Day.
Fifteen of Ms O’Shea’s second class pupils were well prepared for the ceremony, with Fr Bernard Healy celebrating Mass.
They were joined by three pupils from St John’s Parochial School on Ashe Street who also received the sacrament.
