GAELCHOLÁISTE Chiarraí is currently marking Seachtain na Gaeilge with a host of activities.
From March 1 until St Patrick’s Day there’s a whole host of events taking place at the school and on Friday it was time to stretch the legs and get active for a ‘rith’ in the Town Park where the whole school took part.
Students and teachers got into the spirit of the occasion by donning fake beards, funny hats and face paint for the Irish-themed event.
Darragh Ó Sé showed up to give his support to the student body as the made their way around the 5k route.
