THE wind was howling and the rain teeming down outside, but the excitement was palpable inside Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn for the first night of their Christmas concerts.
From Junior Infants to Sixth Class, the pupils have been rehearsing for weeks with their hard-working teachers and the fruits of their labour were enjoyed in a packed halla on Tuesday night.
Among the segments were ‘Fearghal — An Fear Bréige Cneasta’, a version of ‘Na Trí Mhuicín’, ‘Gogglebox’, Harry The Hypno’ and much more. The fun continues tonight (Wednesday) with the other classes in various years taking part. They’ve a hard act to follow! Scroll down for photos…
