MEMBERS of An Garda Síochána were in locations around Tralee on Wednesday to discuss matters of importance to the community such as rural safety, crime prevention and security.

National Community Engagement Day was supported by the IFA and the National Rural Safety Forum, and invited local communities to a ‘meet and greet’ opportunity at a number of venues in Kerry,

In Tralee, the event took place at Kellihers Agri in Ballymullen and at Topline Boyles at Clash. The day, last held in 2020, saw communities from across the country meeting with their local Gardaí and community representatives. Scroll down for photos…
