HUGE crowds attended a special 20th birthday celebration for Mercy Mounthawk on Sunday as they held a Garden Fete.
The whole school community, present and past, gathered to mark the milestone on the school grounds with many stands set up in the sports hall and marquees outside with a range of activities.
Children enjoyed face and nail painting, fancy dress, novelty events, while there were sports for the active on the school pitches.
Music and entertainment was provided by the students in the marquee and there was also a barbecue, an ice-cream van, food and refreshments. The day also had a multi-cultural flavour to reflect the diversity and cultural richness of the school community. Scroll down for photos...
