THERE was a very impressive turnout for the first Garvey’s Supervalu Tralee Operation Transformation group walk of the year on Thursday evening.
People of all ages turned up for the walk from the carpark to trek up towards Lohercannan, back down the canal walkway and to Garvey’s again where refreshments awaited them.
They received some tips and encouragement about fitness and willpower from Kieran Donaghy before they set off.

Back at Garvey’s the group found lots of healthy Operation Transformation recipes and offers available in store to make healthy eating easy and some great giveaways up for grabs for those who continue participating in the walks.
Well-known Chef Mark Doe was also on hand to do a cookery demo with the Operation Transformation recipes.
