THURSDAY saw the first of three sessions of conferrings for almost 1,000 students who are graduating from IT Tralee.
The Brandon Conference Centre was the venue yesterday afternoon for students from the School of Health and Social Sciences.
Hundreds donned the caps and gowns to receive their hard-earned qualifications and Dr Oliver Murphy offered his congratulations to them all.

Due to the numbers graduating both this year and last year, the ceremonies have been extended over a two-day period as opposed to the normal one-day event.
Students from as far away as China, Canada, Malaysia and India form part of the 2016 graduating class which makes for a truly international event.
