THE weeks and weeks of rehearsing ‘Born In A Barn’ and other children’s Christmas songs paid off handsomely for the Junior and Senior Infants of St Brendan’s NS in Blennerville last night.
The little ones were the first to perform a Christmas concert in the school hall since it opened in January. The older classes held their concert in St John’s Church last week to accommodate parents and families, but the hall was full to capacity for the performance last night.
Phones, cameras and camcorders were trained on the participants to capture the fun as the pupils dressed up to perform short Nativity-related segments and songs. Photographer, Pauline Dennigan, was there to capture the kids in action…
