IT was some contest.

The rain teemed down from around 1pm in Dublin, as thousands of Kerry fans made their way to Croke Park on Sunday to watch a pulsating match.

They came from all over the county for the clash and their nails received a crude manicure from their teeth as Kerry and Mayo provided thrills and all-too-many spills over  the 70 odd minutes.

We were in Dublin to capture the atmosphere among the green and gold fans who, despite being outnumbered, made themselves heard on the day. Let’s hope they all show up again next Saturday. Scroll down for photos…
