IT’S been a few years but Kerry fans got a chance to wish their heroes well for the All-Ireland final at the supporters open day at Fitzgerald Stadium on Saturday.
A crowd of more than 1,500 people turned up at the famed venue and left happy as the players signed jerseys, posed for selfies and chatted with fans with just two weeks to go to the match with Donegal.
While Declan O’Sullivan, Anthony Maher, Fionn Fitzgerald and Kieran O’Leary spoke to the assembled press upstairs, the rest of the team thrilled the fans with their presence and provided great photo memories that they can look back on for years to come.
