AN event on Sunday saw ladies get tips and advice for getting and staying healthy as summer approaches.
‘Connect With Your Health’ at The Rose Hotel was organised by Margaret Kissane of Connect Publications and Events and saw a host of experts in the fields of health, beauty, fitness, nutrition and mental health share their knowledge with a captive audience.
The event was MC’d by Radio Kerry’s Deirdre Walsh who spoke to International speaker on health and wellness David O’Brien, ; Dr Mary McCaffrey; Skin specialist Mary O’Donoghue; Deirdre Murphy from Horans Health; Nutritionists Erina McSweeny and Christina O’Sullivan; Mary O’Donnell from CHRC Bons Secours; Life Coach Linda O’Mahony; Professional Coach Dee Keogh; Eithne Griffin of the Red Lotus Clinic; Dr Susan Lawlor; Dr Helena McMahon of Seabody Ireland; Pharmacist Grainne Ryle and Ailis Brosnan talking fitness and personal health.
