AN evening of style was held in The Abbey Inn on Thursday night where Danny Leane of Annbury’s Boutique gave tips on making the best from your wardrobe.
Entitled ‘Buy Less, Wear More’, ladies enjoyed complimentary cocktails and canapés while hearing how to identity items from their wardrobe that they may have bought an outfit for an occasion a few years ago and never wore again, and how to make simple adjustments to create a new outfit.

Danny used a number of mannequins to demonstrate how one outfit could be dressed up or down to give you five different looks. He also gave tips on what’s in for this autumn.
He used fashions from his own business as well as from Effigy and Iota boutiques in town.
The stylist, who has a regular slot on the ‘Talkabout’ show on Radio Kerry, was also celebrating being nominated in the Stylist Of The Year and Best Boutique categories in the Hi Magazine awards and popped a bottle of bubbly to mark the honour.
