IT fell on a Sunday this year, but ladies made the weekend their own as restaurants and bars hosted groups for Women’s Christmas.
It’s a tradition mainly confined to Kerry and Cork, but one still well observed and businesses enjoyed a late festive season bonanza to end the Christmas festivities for another year.
