THE school Christmas concert season is upon us and children all over town are running through their lines and rehearsing songs for the big performance.
Listellick NS held the first of their festive shows on Tuesday night where pupils from Ms Rohan’s, Ms O’Driscoll’s, Ms Sexton’s and Ms Reynolds classes took to the stage at Abbeydorney Community Centre.
The children gathered beforehand in Abbeydorney NS across the road and the place was a hive of activity with excited children. The hall was packed as the children showed their talents with a traditional Nativity pageant and other themes, augmented by singing traditional Christmas favourites.
