LAST year, dancers from University Hospital Kerry took to the stage for “Sickly Come Dancing 2018” event where a phenomenal €67,000 was raised.

Well the staff are doing it all over again later this month when they hold ‘UHK’s Got Talent 2019’ at the Brandon Hotel Conference Centre on Friday, March 29 and some of the acts were introduced in the hospital canteen on Thursday at the official launch.

Organised once again by the hospital Sports & Social Club committee, they have once again secured the services of choreographer Honor Hurley along with over 71 members of hospital staff from various disciplines and departments that will perform various acts, from music, drama, dancing and singing.

All acts have been putting in hours of practice over the past few months to put together what will sure to be a most entertaining night.

Guest Judges for the show will be Daithi O’Se, Michael Healy Rae and Elma Walsh with the voice of Radio Kerry Sport, Mr. Tim Moynihan, performing MC duties in front of an anticipated audience of 1,000.

Tickets are on sale only to staff members in the hospital from Monday, but may become available to the public later, depending on demand. Scroll down for photos…
