The new bar counter in the pub where Baily’s Corner was situated in Ashe Street.
THE lads at Paddy Mac’s on The Mall have posted up a couple of photos as their new bar around the corner takes shape.
The bar, which has yet to be given a name, is situated at the old Baily’s Corner on Ashe Street and it’s expected to be open within the next two weeks.
Patrick McCarthy of Paddy Mac’s has the lease on the premises and his sons, Tommy and Pat, will take the reins in the new venture.
These photos, posted on their Facebook page, were taken this morning and show the bar counter will be in the same place as the old Baily’s.
It will be the latest pub to open in town this year after No.4 On The Square, the hotel bars in Benners and The Ashe Hotel and Quarters nightclub.
