A MILD November evening proved perfect conditions for a run on Wednesday at a special ‘graduation’ event.
The Born To Run Club’s eight-week Couch To 5k programme came to a conclusion with participants gathering at the Brandon Car Park for, you guessed it, a 5k run.
The club signed up 64 participants where they gradually got up to pace to be able to complete a 5k. The majority of them were beginners, but a few were coming back after completing the programme in the past. All of them though were interested in getting more active.

The club expressed the hope that they will keep up the activity and join the club proper so they can take part in Park Runs and other running events.
