MUCH like yesterday, the sun was shining for Confirmation Day at St John’s Church in Tralee on Friday.
Around 120 pupils from Presentation Primary, Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn, Caherleaheen NS and St Brendan’s NS Blennerville and their families ensured it was standing room only in the church for the ceremony.
Bishop of Kerry Ray Browne was assisted by a number of other clergy during the ceremony and afterwards he stood in for class photographs with the pupils, before they headed off into the sunshine for their own private celebrations with family…
