IT’S Freshers Week at IT Tralee and what better way to settle into life in Tralee than a nice, quiet game of bingo.
Well, maybe not so quiet. Try around 550 students converging on the Ballyroe Heights Hotel to party with a DJ at an event described as “the runaway, bastard child of traditional bingo complete with rave rounds, conga lines and dance offs.”
Welcome to Bingo Loco, the party night out that’s sweeping the nation and bringing the popular game to whole new audience. The students were just beginning to have fun when we called to take some photos last night.
