PHOTOS: Sun Shines For Blennerville School’s Communion Day

THE weather was fantastic on Saturday morning as children from St Brendan’s NS in Blennerville gathered for their first Holy Communion.

Fr Francis Nolan was the celebrant at the church in Curraheen for the occasion where 23 boys and girls received the sacrament for the first time.

It was a lovely day and families convened in the new church extension for tea and refreshments after the ceremony. Scroll down for photos…
