THE sun was shining brightly as parents, pupils and proud teachers from Holy Family NS and Listellick National School entered Our Lady and St Brendan’s Church for Confirmation Day on Thursday.
“The day went fine. Everything went really well; the choir sang beautifully and it was a lovely day. The weather held up so it was excellent,” said Holy Family Principal Ed O’Brien.
The Bishop of Kerry, Ray Browne, was delighted with the day as parents and family members looked on while the children received the sacrament.
