THE Blues are back seems to be the message after the game tonight in Strand Road.

Having scored 0-10 in each half during last week’s defeat of Milltown/Castlemaine, Kerins O’Rahillys almost repeated their proportional scoring feat this week against East Kerry in the Garvey’s Supervalu Kerry SFC clash.

They scored 2-9 in the first half and 2-10 in the second to send a message to the remaining teams in the competition that the firepower is there to do damage to any side they face in the quarter-final next week.

They looked very impressive too with goals from Jack Savage, John Ferguson, Greg O’Connell and David McLoughlin in the 4-19 to 2-8 victory.

We’ll have a full match report and loads of action photos from the game in the morning, but in the meantime, Strand Road fans can savour the photos of their goal celebrations below.

Also, Kilcummin, West Kerry and Rathmore also had wins this evening in their championship ties.

Now, can the Rockies join them in the quarters?
