THE inaugural ‘Grow Remote’ conference was held at The Rose Hotel in Tralee on Friday.

Delegates from Adadoo, Shopify, Nearform and others were present  to discuss remote-working opportunities in Ireland. The conference aimed to promote the benefits of remote working for businesses, for workers and the communities they live in.

Ken Tobin of HQ Tralee said hosting the conference was important for the town.

“One of the most important parts of this conference is that it is attraction national and international employers into Tralee. It is showcasing the town as not only a location for hosting conferences but also as a location for generating employment in the town,” he said.
