Warriors led from the start on Saturday night and were 17-8 up at one stage in the first quarter, but Thunder responded well and were just a point behind at the end of the first period.

But Warriors are no slouches either and led by eight going into the final quarter, 54-46. With the atmosphere at fever pitch, the Warriors didn’t disappoint the home crowd.

Despite Thunder staging another fightback, Tralee finished 68-61 winners and confidence must be sky-high in the camp.
