THE Manor West Shopping Centre and Retail Park opened its doors to organisations, clubs and community services on Saturday for its annual ‘Wellness on Your Doorstep’ exhibition.

There was a wide range of information stands where the public can chat to representatives from various organisations on topics such as wellness, health, fitness and education, and discover ways to get involved and give something back to their local community, while improving their own sense of wellbeing.

The event also highlighted the support services that are available locally which help people stay healthy both in body and mind.

Spin South West played music and with their SPINIs creating a buzz in the centre, as well as their DJ chatting with the local organisations about the fantastic work they do locally. Scroll down for photos…
