THE story of five friends looking back on their time on the building sites of London and how their lives turned out, is playing on the Siamsa Tíre stage this weekend and it’s proving very popular.

The Zyber Theatre Company’s production of Jimmy Murphy’s ‘The Kings of the Kilburn High Road’ finishes its three-night run tonight (Saturday) and it’s well worth a look.

The play has been staged in theatres all over Ireland, the UK and in the US and it was also made into a movie of the same name back in 2006 starring Colm Meaney.

Rory O’Mahony, John Patton, John Fraher, George Lowe and Ken Quillinan are giving powerful performances under the direction of John Fraher, so if you want to see the final performance at 8pm tonight, book at Siamsa Tire 0667123055 or click here to book online. Be aware that the play contains very strong language.
