PIETA House will move its Balloonagh services to its Moyderwell base after it was revealed its lease on Catherine McAuley House had ended and the property is to be sold by the Diocese of Kerry.
The suicide prevention charity had taken over the client base of the Console charity, which was located at the Balloonagh premises, last summer.

It was operating its services from the two locations in Balloonagh and Moyderwell. CEO Brian Higgins confirmed the move to Radio Kerry and said the furniture from the Donal Walsh rooms – which offer counselling to young people – will move to Moyderwell where all staff would work from.
