On the Friday, there is a charity ‘Celebrity Chef’ night in Croí Restaurant in The Square where a mystery person will cook for diners. Proceeds will go to Donal Walsh Livelife Foundation.

On Saturday there will be cookery demos in the Square as well as a food market with producers from all over Kerry showing their wares.

The Taste Trail is back too with 18 venues to visit this year, each eatery offering a selection of tasters at €2 each. For beer lovers, there’s a craft beer trail from 7pm to five bars in town.

There’ll also be a set brunch menu option for Sunday morning in a number of venues in town. The full programme will be released shortly for all the events so keep an eye out for it in restaurants, bars and hotels around town.
