A PERSON who bought their lotto ticket in Listowel won a cool €45,612 after matching five numbers and the bonus on Saturday night.
The ticket was sold at the Esso Spar Service Station on Bridge Road in Listowel. They shared the €91,225 prize with a player who bought their ticket in Terenure, Dublin. The lotto numbers were 1, 5, 6, 12, 22, 46 and the bonus of 33.
Meanwhile, the National Lottery urged its Lotto players in the rebel county of Cork to check their tickets to see if they are Ireland’s newest millionaire and winner of last night’s Lotto Plus 1 top prize of €1 million.
The winning normal play ticket was sold at the Centre store in Carrigtwohill in Co. Cork. The winning numbers for the Lotto Plus draw were: 15, 23, 25, 29, 30, 31 and the bonus number was 32.
The latest Cork Lotto millionaire is the third such winner of the top prize since the top prize for Lotto Plus 1 doubled from €500,000 to €1 million.
