Presentation Pupils To Feature On TV Documentary

THE cameras were rolling in Presentation Primary School on Tuesday as the school was selected to feature in an upcoming television documentary.

The crew from Frontline Films spent the day in the school which is taking part in the Creative Schools Programme.

Creative Schools — led by the Arts Council in partnership with the Department of Education and Skills and the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. Creative Schools — is a flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Programme to enable the creative potential of every child.

As a result of their participation, they will now feature in the documentary where they will show the creativity amongst pupils in the school through music, dance, song and art.

The filming took place in advance of a show, ‘No Boundaries’, to take place in Siamsa Tíre on Thursday, March 21, featuring pupils from Pres Primary and other guests, in a celebration of creativity.
