PUBLIC consultation for the Fenit Village Design Masterplan has commenced.
The Draft Masterplan sets out proposals for the redevelopment of the core of the village, primarily from the central green area to the beachfront.
The masterplan provides for the development of two key sites in the village: the greenfield site including O’Sullivan’s Bar (the Central Core) and the seafront public realm centred on the playground, greenway terminus and entrance to the beach (the Terminus).

The Draft Masterplan and associated environmental documents are available for viewing on the Council’s website until Wednesday, May 18.
Submissions can be made via made online at the following link: https://consult.kerrycoco.ie/ or by post marked Fenit Village Design Masterplan. The deadline for receipt of all submissions is 5pm on Wednesday, May 18.
The plans will be on public display in the Fenit Parish Hall on Wednesday, May 4 (5pm-8pm) where members of the Planning Department will be available to answer any questions.
