CONNECT Kerry is hosting a special event next month giving tips and advice for getting your health back on track
They have teamed up with a host of experts to bring the ladies of Kerry a wealth of knowledge to help keep you on track and find a better healthier you at ‘Connect With Your Health’ at The Rose Hotel on Sunday, May 15 from 10am to 4.30pm.
“I am delighted to bring this day of advice and knowledge to the ladies of Kerry, we have some amazing people bringing their knowledge to the table and I do feel that it is a day not to be missed,” said Margaret Kissane of Connect Publications and Events.

“I would encourage the ladies of Kerry to grab a pal, take some time out and take this day to recharge and reset the body, no dress code ( unlike many of our events ) but we do encourage comfy clothing as we will have lots of action on the day,” added Margaret.

The day kicks off at 10am and ladies will have the opportunity to meet all the experts and chat about things while they can enjoy delicious breakfast treats.
Panel discussions will begin at 11am and a two course lunch will be served at 1pm with some bubbly.
There will be some more healthy treats in the afternoon during the last panel discussion and all ladies will take home a luxury goodie bag filled with products from experts on the day. Tickets are priced at €75 and include lunch and all refreshments on the day.
