BaileMhuire Garden Event 1

Patrick Dillane and his father David Dillane, a client at Baile Mhuire, with Nurse Manager Rose Daly at the Day Care Centre in Tralee.

A LOCAL day-care centre is calling on the goodwill of the community as it looks to raise funds to help build a new garden.

Baile Mhuire Day Centre in Balloonagh is the centre hoping to complete the project which they hope will be enjoyed the elderly residents of the centre.

Local man, Patrick Dillane who is a qualified therapist, and whose father David is a client at the centre, will be hosting a magical day of happiness and relaxation between 10am and 4.30pm on Sunday June 14.

Anyone who visits Baile Mhuire on Sunday 14th will be treated to the gentleness of the shamanic drum, beautiful guided relaxation journeys, the uplifting and healing energies of Crystals and much more.

“A typical day in the new day centre, which opened last August, sees the clients of Baile Mhuire enjoy a range of activities focusing on personal care to spiritual time. We have space to develop a new garden but we need to raise the necessary funds to provide such an important outlet. We are delighted that Patrick Dillane has offered his services next Sunday to help us raise the necessary funds that will allow us to develop the new Five Senses Garden,” said Aidan Kelly, speaking on behalf of Baile Mhuire.

Donations in the region of €60 would be welcome to cover the full day’s entertainment and all proceeds will go towards the development of the new garden.

Booking is essential as spaces at the event are limited and light refreshments will be served on the day.
