Roses To Join Norah Casey And Businesswomen On ‘Mentorship Walk’

AN X Factor finalist, an actress, and high ranking business women will all share the stage at Norah Casey’s Rose Women’s Academy next Monday at Siamsa Tíre.

Broadcaster and publishing entrepreneur, Norah Casey will delve into the minds of a brilliant line-up of women to uncover what really sets them apart and how they achieved success.

The singer Mary Byrne, will join Norah Casey on stage for the Rose Women’s Academy on August 21 at Siamsa Tire, Tralee. The theme for the Academy is ‘Women with Stories.’

Throughout the day brilliant and successful women will join her including; Paula O’Sullivan, Head of Group HR, Fexco, Mary Kennedy, Broadcaster, Aoibhin Garrihy, Actress and Business Woman, Doireann Garrihy, Radio presenter, Carol Brick, Her Money, Elerina Connelly, CFO and Michelle Spillane, Head of Global, RTE.

The Rose Woman’s Academy will be complimented by a Rose Mentorship Walk, featuring Rose of Tralee finalists and a host of former Roses, local business leaders and celebrities.

This walk has been created by Norah Casey to encourage mentors and mentees to come together to help build confidence for young women.

This year’s Roses will be partnered with young entrepreneurs as they lead the way through Tralee Park sharing inspirational nuggets of advice and knowledge on this 30-minute Mentorship journey.

The Walk will culminate with the Roses and their young mentees sowing rose seeds together symbolizing the start of new growth in these young women’s minds and the essence of passing on wisdom and advice to the next generation.

All are welcome to join in the Rose Mentorship Walk. Young women and girls from 12 upwards are particularly welcome.

 

Norah Casey said; “The Rose Women’s Academy is a positive dynamic forum where women come together to address an issue that is vital for organisations, the economy and wider society. But we are also welcoming men to join with us on the Rose Mentorship Walk.

 

The Rose Women’s Academy is on Monday August 21, 10am to 12.45pm at Siamsa Tire and the Rose Mentorship Walk begins at 1pm outside Siamsa Tire for the 30-minute walk. Early bird tickets for the Rose Academy are priced €25 and are available by clicking here
