THE official itinerary for Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall has been released by Clarence House and, as widely reported, they will be visiting Siamsa Tíre on Friday.

After spending the previous days in Northern Ireland and Cork, the couple will travel to Kerry on Friday to visit Derrynane House, the ancestral home of 19th century Irish statesman Daniel O’Connell.

They will then travel to Tralee to watch a performance at Siamsa Tire Irish National Folk Theatre. The exact nature of the performance has not been revealed and the time of their arrival in Tralee has not been given for security reasons.

Later, The Prince and The Duchess will attend a garden party at Killarney House where they will be presented with the Order of Innisfallen, which recognises outstanding contributions to the local economy by people living outside Kerry.

How and when has Prince Charles contributed to the local Kerry economy as a person living outside Kerry or is this just Irish kowtowing?

I for one would be very interested to know!

I was about to leave the same comment!
Kowtowing in a major way. It is disgusting the way the Irish people have lost all pride in their country. Stand up and be a proud people.
And such claptrap from Martin Ferris. You were once a proud Irish man Martin but now you are nothing but a yes man obeying orders from those in the pay of the British.
