A FOUR-BEDROOMED bungalow near Abbeydorney with a reserve of €35,000 is one of six Kerry properties to go under the hammer at the December Allsop Auction.
Over 250 properties in all will go to auction at the RDS in Dublin on December 9, with the Kerry properties located north and south of the county.

Moving further north a house at Gortdromasillihy, Moyvane, has a reserve not to exceed €30,000. This detached three bedroom bungalow (below) extends to approximately 95 sq. m (1,023 sq. ft) and is about 2km from Moyvane village.
Heading to the south of the county, 4 Capparoe Cottages, Kenmare, has a reserve not to exceed €35,000. It’s a semi detached two bedroom cottage (below) extending to approximately 75 sq. m (807 sq. ft) off the N70 approximately 5km west of Kenmare, in close proximity to the Ring of Kerry golf course.
