Spanish-Themed Night At The Ashe Hotel To Excite Lovers Of Tapas And Pintxo

THE Old Market Bar in the Ashe Hotel goes Spanish with an amazing Pintxo and Tapas Experience to celebrate the All-Ireland Tapas and Pinxto Championships happening in Kerry.

The evening of Tuesday, April 9, hosted by hotel in association with Connect Marketing and Events and Taste Kerry, will be focused on the fusion of Irish and Spanish Food culture, with an emphasis on the role of Pinxto in this.

All you can eat selection of pintxo and tapas from a menu designed by Rob Curley a native of Dublin currently working and living in Ballymena.

His Slemish Market Supper club won Best Emerging Irish Cuisine at the Restaurant Awards 2018, he has also represented Ireland at the World Tapas Championship in 2018.

Guests are guaranteed a delicious feast with a selection of Spanish Wines and Beers to accompany, with a wine expert giving advice on the best wines to choose.

The evening will also include a panel of guests with discussions on creating the perfect tapas and pintxo and this is facilitated by Award Winning Chef Chad Byrne. Kicking off at 7pm, there are limited tickets available.

Margaret Kissane Of Connect Events and one of the organisers of the event says  “this is going to be a fantastic night showcasing the delicacies of tapas and Pintxo using local suppliers, if you are planning that family celebration or your in business and want to add a tapas to your menu this is for you”.
