Caherleaheen National School is hosting an open week until November 30th where parents and guardians of children can see what the school can offer.
Caherleaheen NS is a vibrant, happy and busy little school nestled in the beautiful setting of Caherleaheen, less than 3km from Tralee town.
It is a co-educational school which prides itself in it’s warm, inclusive and positive atmosphere.
Caherleaheen has a team of 7 class teachers, 4 Learning Support teachers and 5 Assistants, all working together to make child-centred teaching and learning a rewarding experience for all the children.
Prospective parents are invited to contact the school to arrange an informal, walkabout meeting with the principal, Mary Connolly, thus giving parents an opportunity to ask questions and get a ‘feel’ for the school, while it is in action.
Individual meetings are available between 9 and 10:30am and of course, all safety precautions will be employed.
