The primary function of this role is to manage the office administration. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own but also as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cash handling and reconciliation
• General office duties
• Completing orders
• Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
• Other Ad Hoc duties as required

• This is a varied role and will require the successful candidate to alternate a variety of tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Inglot Counter Manager

Hours per week: 39 hours per week

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Display excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to deal with high volumes of customers.
• Good organisational skills at all times
• Work on own initiative
• Ensure in-depth product knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ensure Customer confidentiality at all times.
• Flexible – must cover other areas of the store when required
• Beauty Therapist qualification an advantage but not essential
