NATIONAL Learning Network Tralee is Kerry’s only specialist training provider delivering a range of free QQI and City and Guilds courses to people with additional support needs.

If you need extra learning support, if you have had an accident, illness or injury, have a disability or mental health difficulty then we can help.

All courses are person centered where Instructors will encourage and support students on their journey of self-development, providing the confidence to pursue a career pathway to employment or progress on to further education at your own pace. Whatever your interests, we have the training programme for you!

Courses include I.T. by Blended Learning, Employer Based Training (including Childcare), Sport and Recreation, Retail Skills, Catering, Focus Mental Wellness Programme, Construction Skills, Applied Information Technology and Introductory Training Skills.

NLN Tralee assists students to fulfil their own personal goals, whether this is to get a qualification or a job, go on to further education or to simply work on personal development.

We work closely with our local community and have built a network of business and industry partners, including many local employers who offer our learners the opportunity to gain on-the-job training and in-work placements.

Whatever your circumstances – whether you are long-term unemployed, have an illness or a disability – National Learning Network can help you.

Courses can be accessed in a variety of ways: in your local centre, with a local employer; or even from the comfort of your own home.

All National Learning Network training programmes are funded through Kerry Education and Training Board or the Health Service Executive and therefore most students receive an allowance for participation.

Why wait, you have now taken that first step to making positive life choices and NLN will be there every step of the way.
