Business is booming in Kirby’s Brogue Inn since they reopened and the “landmark at the bottom of the Rock in Tralee” is hiring experienced staff for multiple roles.
Chefs, Commis Chefs, Bar and Waiting Staff, Deli and Counter Staff, Wash-up Staff and Kitchen Porters positions need to be filled and with wages paid weekly on Wednesdays, hard work will be rewarded.
