Lotto

There was no winner of our Club Lotto Jackpot on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 05, 06, 29 & 30. The five €30 consolation prizes went to Joe Costello Ballydunlea, Nora Dowling c/o Tony Casey, Martin + Chessey c/o Betty’s Bar, James O Connor Clahane and Nora Dowling c/o Tony Casey.

Next week’s Lotto will have a Jackpot of €4,700 and the draw will take place this Sunday night Nov 05th in O’Dwyer’s Bar. Lotto tickets can be purchased online, from any club officer or at the following outlets: Seamus O’Sullivan Master Butchers, O’Sheas Shop and Service Station, Poff Motors, Noyeks, Byrnesworth, Rock Inn, Dwyer’s Bar, Skelper Quanes, Bettys Bar and Keane’s of Curraheen.

Juvenile AGM

Our Juvenile AGM will be held on Monday, 20th of November at 7.30pm in the Community Rooms. We appeal to all club patrons, particularly the parents of the club’s juveniles to attend this imprtant meeting and help make plans for 2018. This is an important meeting and we would like to hear your views on how we can improve our Academy and Juvenile club. Any nominations can be sent to brenda.doody@gmail.com before Friday, 17th November.

Curraheen Table Quiz

The Curraheen community room extension fund committee are hosting a table quiz in Keanes Bar & Restaurant on the 11th November at 9 pm. There will be spot prizes on the night and Tables of four are  twenty euro. All are welcome.

Christmas Concert

Curraheen community (comprising of residents of Derrymore, Derryquay, Curraheen, Annagh, Tonevane, Curragraigue, Ballydunlea, Clahane and Blennerville areas) will be having a Christmas concert on Sunday, 10th December. More details will be given at a later date.

 Astro Pitch

Our all-weather astro pitch is available for hire at very competitive rates. It is flood-lit, so training or whatever use you may have for it can also be accomplished in the evenings now that the days are getting shorter. Contact James Costello on 0862908735 for booking and more information.

Congratulations

Congratulations to our West Kerry neighbours, An Ghaeltacht on winning the Intermediate Championship final last weekend against a gallant Templenoe team.
